How Can I Make A Purchase Online?

Shopping online with Mr Photogenic® couldn’t be easier! All you need to do is sit back and browse,  select the item(s) you wish to purchase, choose your size and then add them to your bag. You do not have to create an account to place an order. Once you have finished perusing, just click checkout! If you have any problems please email our customer service team and we will be delighted to help you.


Can I Pay By Credit Or Debit Card?

Yes, all major debit/credit cards are accepted. You can pay by Apple Pay and Paypal too. 


Will My Purchases Be Gift Wrapped?

All orders are sent out in branded courier bags. 


Will I Have To Pay Custom Charges?

Unfortunately Mr Photogenic® is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Mr Photogenic®. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office.


Can I Change My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details as our team will have already started processing your order


Can I Exchange An Item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.


What Should I Do If I Receive A Faulty Or Incorrect Item?

We apologise that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will do our best to resolve this for you.


How Do I Use A Promotional Code?

Please enter your code in at checkout when you see the 'promotional code' box. Please remember that codes are case sensitive and it must be used within the promotional dates for it to work. Your discount will automatically be deducted at checkout. If you have any problems, we will be happy to assist.

Do You Deliver To A PO BOX Address?

We are unable to deliver to any PO BOX address. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Will My Delivery Require A Signiture? 

ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. If nobody is there to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier's local depot and instructions will be left about how to arrange re-delivery. 


What Are The Cut Off Times For Next Day Delivery?

Orders after 2pm local UK Time will be sent out the next working day. Delivery windows are an estimate only and they start from the day your order leaves us. 


Will My Order Incur Taxes Or Duties?

All shipments outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.


What Is Your Returns Policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items must have all tags attached. 

We offer FREE RETURNS for UK customers however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.


How Long To Process My Refund?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information and carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.
