How Can I Make A Purchase Online?

Shopping online with Mr Photogenic® couldn’t be easier! All you need to do is sit back and browse,  select the item(s) you wish to purchase, choose your size and then add them to your bag. You do not have to create an account to place an order. Once you have finished perusing, just click checkout! If you have any problems please email our customer service team and we will be delighted to help you.

Can I Pay By Credit Or Debit Card?

Yes, all major debit/credit cards are accepted. You can pay by Apple Pay and Paypal too. 

Will My Purchases Be Gift Wrapped?

All orders are sent out in branded courier bags.

Will I Have To Pay Custom Charges?

Unfortunately Mr Photogenic® is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Mr Photogenic®. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items must have all tags attached. 

Will My Order Incur Taxes Or Duties?

All shipments outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.

How Long To Process My Refund?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information and carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.

Can I Change My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details as our team will have already started processing your order
